Announcements and Events

Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for orders to be fulfilled, regardless of shipping or pickup method selected. All orders are fulfilled from Follett's Purdue West Bookstore in West Lafayette, IN.

IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION

If you placed a pre-order, you must click the link in the email that you received to complete your order.

Orders placed for pick up at Village and Boiler store locations may take up to 48 hours before they are available for pick up.

If you have any coupons or discounts you would like applied to your order, please mention them in the "Order Comments" section. Only one discount/coupon per order will be applied when the order is fulfilled by the store.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order is fulfilled by the store.

Delivery orders will be available for pick-up at the residence halls August 23rd-25th ONLY. Store pick-up orders will be available starting August 20th. You must have a photo ID to receive your books.

Please read all options carefully when placing your order.

If you choose "do not substitute" and the requested new or used book is not available (due to our constantly changing inventory), the title is subject to cancellation without notification.

If you choose "please substitute", the amount charged to your credit card may be different than the amount quoted on your initial order if a substitution was made.

If any books on your order are backordered, you have NOT been charged for them. It is up to you to check back with Follett's to see if the item is in stock. You will not be charged for a book/supply until it is in stock.

CPS response pads are non-returnable. One CPS response pad can be used for multiple classes by the same student- there is no need to buy more than one.
